dhae_knight_1: Redefining HOT(ch) (HOT(ch))

I want them to write Prentiss leaving on her own accord for something she wants more. I'm tired of the angst. I really, really want this to be something Prentiss chooses, even though she'll miss her BAU family like crazy.

I'm going to seriously pissed off if they kill her off (again!).

I don't want them to keep her on as a 'love interest' for anyone. Period. I ship Rossi/Prentiss, personally, both because I can see Rossi falling for a strong woman with a seriously soft core, but mostly because I can see the two of them folding into each other like a beautiful origami-piece. Shoring up the weak spots of the other with their own strengths, and letting the other do the same. And they're both in a place in their lives (at least it seems so), where they are pretty clear about who they are and what they want out of life.

I don't see Hotch/Prentiss as viable, but that's mostly because I don't really see Prentiss pushing Hotch on areas where he needs to have someone slipping through his defenses to get down where it hurts. And, conversely, I don't see Hotch wanting, even in a small way, to allow Prentiss to see him as human. But that's why we have different pairings, yes? :-)
